Growing up a daughter of James Koch, vegetable juice was the norm. Not a trend that everyone was suddenly engulfed in but something you did because why would you nourish your body with anything else?

Vegetables do not come easy to all of us. For me I love them.. I’ll take them in any form but for my sisters and close loved ones, it wasn’t the case. That wasn’t a problem though because my Dad was making a juice every morning any way so he one day decided he would make us all juices to make sure we would get our daily veggies in.

Here are some of my favorite veggie juices, let me know how you like them! Maybe your loved ones might benefit from being able to chug the greens too.

They basically are all the same, you wash the veggies, chop the veggies up to fit into your juicer (some may vary depending on brand and model) & throw them in. The juice comes freshly out into a glass you place below the spout, and WALA! Your veggies are ready to drink! You can also serve over ice if you would like.
